Session topics are designed to educate on how to use our tools to research, organize, plan, and create a trip. Once you understand the process, planning a trip can be stress free and fun. The sessions are not intended to answer the question: I'm going to Paris, what should I see and do, but rather: I'm going to Paris, how can I find where to stay, how to get around and what to see and do.

Selecting and Purchasing Sessions
From your 'My Account Shopping' page, select the session or sessions you are interested in. Select 'Update Total' and then 'Purchase'. Once purchased, the sessions will display on your 'My Sessions' page. Sessions can typically be purchased up to two day prior to the start date.
In your session list, you should see a message that the Google Meet Link has not been set and to check back closer to the start date and time. Shortly before the meeting start time, the link for the meeting will be set. Once the link has been set, click it just prior to the start time. All meetings take place using Google Meet.
Private Sessions
A Private Session is a session that requires a special key be entered before the session can be purchased.
Private Sessions start at $50.00 and are limited to 20 participants.
To request a Private Session, send us an email from the Contact Page with your request and we will create a session for you. Be sure to include the following information in your request: Session Title, Requested Date and Time. We will do our best to create the session for the requested date and time and then reply to your account email with the Session Key required to purchase the session. If the Date and Time is not possible, we will contact you for alternatives.
Only the requester of the session or one person who will be attending the session is required to purchase the session. Once a session is purchased, shortly before the start time, the Google Meet Link will set and become visible to the purchaser of the session. It is up to the purchaser of the session to share the Google Meet Link with the other members who will be participating in the meeting.

Basic Steps
1. Go to your 'My Account' page.
2. Click on 'Shop'.
3. Select the Travel Talk Session you are interested in.
4. Purchase the session (Sessions may be purchased up to 2 days prior to the start date)
5. The link to the Google Meet session will be set on the day of the session prior to the meeting start time.
6. Check for the meeting link on your 'My Sessions' or 'My Travel Talk Sessions' page.
7. Click the Google Meet link to join the session shortly before the start time.
* Once a session has been purchased, it cannot be refunded. In the rare situation where eTripCafe needs to reschedule or cancel a session, you will be issued a full refund.
Depending on the meeting, the host may only be sharing their screen while talking through the subject. The host may however respond to text questions and open the meeting to voice chat if required. Other meetings may involve live video presentations and interaction between attendees.
Most sessions will be limited to smaller groups to provide more personal interaction between meeting attendees and the presenter.
Currently sessions are limited to 60 minutes due to Google Meet time constraints. (The meeting will be automatically terminated by Google regardless of where we are in the discussion)

-Microphone is required to participate in interactive meetings
